Θα μπορούσαμε να συζητήσουμε τη μαγειρική και τις κουζίνες σήμερα;
1.Πώς έμαθες να μαγειρεύεις;
Αρχικά προσπαθούσα μόνη μου και με τη βοήθεια βιβλίων μαγειρικής. Πάντα όμως μου άρεσε να αλλάζω τις συνταγές σύμφωνα με τα γούστα της οικογένειας.
2. Έχετε κάποιο αγαπημένο βιβλίο μαγειρικής;
Ναι το "Ελληνική κουζίνα". Έχει διάφορες παραδοσιακές συνταγές ελληνικών φαγητών.
3.Ποια είναι η μαγειρική σας σπεσιαλιτέ;
Νομίζω κάνω πολύ νόστιμο τον Μουσακά, ένα παραδοσιακό ελληνικό φαγητό με πατάτες, μελιτζάνες, κιμά στο φούρνο και από πάνω μπεσαμέλ.
4. Είναι η κουζίνα σας κατάλληλη για εσάς και αν όχι πώς θα τη βελτιώσατε;
Η κουζίνα μου σίγουρα θέλει βελτίωση γιατί είναι μικρή και όταν μαγειρεύω για πολλά άτομα δυσκολεύομαι.
Σκοπεύω να την ανακαινίσω.
Awesome to read about you and your kitchen and the recipes you enjoy. Oh, it has been a journey for me. I used to cook for my dad while my mom was at work and he never liked anything I made with my one pot meals. Later, my husband and I would plan our college meals throughout the week. Let's just say, my Betty Crocker Cookbook got plenty of spills on it. All the best to a bigger kitchen. But my cupboards are too high. I'm a shorty.

ΔιαγραφήI hope you can renovate your kitchen soon. We have many cookbooks and I am not sure which is our favourite - I suppose it depends on what cuisine we feel like eating. I see cooking as an act of love - for others and for ourselves.

I love the image you chose, it reminds me of my Mother many, many years ago! I love to cook, like to be creative in our kitchen. It's just my 62-year old son and myself. Carl works full time at a supermarket near our home. He is able to walk to work, he does not drive. He makes his own breakfast, quite beautifully I must say, and I prepare our dinner, which he most certainly deserves after being on his feet all day. Be happy and stay well.

I learned to cook by making many mistakes, but I have learned from my mistakes. I don't really have a favorite cookbook. I really enjoy making lasagna. We renovated the kitchen five years ago, and I am very happy with my new kitchen. I hope that you get your kitchen renovated Katarina. Have a nice evening.
