Even in the most difficult and stressful moments, being in nature has a magical effect. A walk in the garden, a hike in the woods, or even a few minutes on the balcony is enough to bring a smile to my face and soothe my soul.

Wonderful photos - that green beetle on the white flower is the best. We once had just such a beetle in our roses - it was a great wonder.
