Today, I am thrilled to share with you a very special ATC card that I created for Creando X Temas Challenge 3 (Theme: Bath/Bathroom) and Avenue613. I named it "Musical Bath & Moments of Serenity." The personal challenge I set for myself was to create this piece without purchasing a single item—it is made entirely from recycled and leftover materials I already had in my workshop!

How I Created It (Step-by-Step):

• The Background: I started by cutting a piece of blue cardstock for the base, which I then splattered with blue acrylic paint to evoke the feeling of water and movement.

• The Furniture & Tiles: I digitally designed the bathroom elements on my computer, customized the colors of the tiles, and printed them out to use for the collage.

• The Textures: To add a rich, tactile element, I cut a piece of real fabric into the shape of a towel. I also added a piece of delicate tulle, cut into a heart shape, which brings a light, romantic touch to the scene.

• The Details: I glued on a real, tiny round mirror along with various other small bathroom accessories.

The Musical Atmosphere: Since a bath represents ultimate relaxation for me, I added a tiny cassette tape and scattered music notes, creating a cozy setting where music meets tranquility.                                                                                          The final result is a miniature, three-dimensional creative space filled with memories and textures. Σήμερα θέλω να μοιραστώ μαζί σας μια ιδιαίτερη ATC κάρτα που έφτιαξα για τα challenges Creando X Temas Challenge 3 (με θέμα το Μπάνιο) και Avenue613. Την ονόμασα «Μουσικό Λουτρό & Στιγμές Ηρεμίας» και η πρόκληση που έβαλα στον εαυτό μου ήταν να μη χρησιμοποιήσω κανένα αγορασμένο υλικό – είναι φτιαγμένη εξολοκλήρου με ανακυκλώσιμα υλικά που είχα στο εργαστήριό μου!

Πώς τη δημιούργησα (Βήμα-Βήμα):

• Το Φόντο: Ξεκίνησα κόβοντας ένα μπλε χαρτόνι ως βάση, το οποίο πιτσίλισα με μπλε ακρυλικό χρώμα για να δώσω την αίσθηση του νερού και της ζωντάνιας.

• Τα Έπιπλα & τα Πλακάκια: Σχεδίασα στον υπολογιστή τα υλικά του μπάνιου, έβαψα τα πλακάκια με τα δικά μου χρώματα και τα τύπωσα για το κολάζ.

• Οι Υφές: Έκοψα ένα κομμάτι πραγματικό ύφασμα σε σχήμα πετσέτας για να δώσω ανάγλυφη υφή. Πρόσθεσα επίσης ένα λεπτό τούλι κομμένο σε σχήμα καρδιάς, που δίνει μια ανάλαφρη, ρομαντική νότα.

• Οι Λεπτομέρειες: Κόλλησα έναν αληθινό, μικρό στρογγυλό καθρέφτη και διάφορα άλλα αντικείμενα του μπάνιου.

• Η Μουσική Ατμόσφαιρα: Επειδή για μένα το μπάνιο σημαίνει χαλάρωση, πρόσθεσα μια μικρή κασέτα και διάσπαρτες μουσικές νότες, δημιουργώντας ένα σκηνικό όπου η μουσική συναντά την ηρεμία.

Το αποτέλεσμα είναι ένας μικρός, τρισδιάστατος δημιουργικός χώρος γεμάτος αναμνήσεις και υφές. Ελπίζω να σας αρέσει και να σας εμπνεύσει να δημιουργήσετε κι εσείς χρησιμοποιώντας ό,τι έχετε γύρω σας!
